Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Pegboard Labs ("we") covering your use of the Boardsheet Google Sheets add-on and website. By installing or using Boardsheet you agree to them.

The service

Boardsheet copies data from Trello boards you have access to into Google Sheets spreadsheets you choose, on demand or on a schedule you set. Read-only access to Trello means the add-on never changes your boards.

Free trial and subscription

New users get a 7-day free trial with no payment details required. After the trial, running syncs requires a paid subscription for the Google account that runs them. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the add-on (Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Your responsibilities

• Use Boardsheet only with Trello boards and spreadsheets you are allowed to access, and in line with Trello's and Google's terms.
• You are responsible for who you share your spreadsheets with. Anyone with access to a spreadsheet can see the Trello data synced into it.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Boardsheet running, but it depends on Trello, Google and other providers, so we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will refund the unused part of any prepaid subscription.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Boardsheet is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data loss. Keep your source data in Trello.

Trademarks

Trello is a trademark of Atlassian. Google Sheets and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC. Boardsheet is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Atlassian or Google.

Termination

You can stop using Boardsheet at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
